i’m ravi. i’m a first-generation indian american from houston. my interest in music began at 12 y/o when i picked up the keys, guitar, and french horn— instruments i didn’t put down for the next 9 years. eventually my passion met reality. “music is great and all, but it won’t pay the bills.” i studied petroleum engineering at texas a&m university and after graduating in 2018, i longed for a career of fulfillment first.

in 2019 i started an online b.a. in music production via the berklee college of music.
in 2021 i quit my day job in oil & gas.
in 2022, i uprooted my life to nyc to begin a professional career as a sound engineer.

i started from the bottom as an intern at manhattan beach recording in nyc and was hired in 2023 as an assistant engineer. in 2024 after completing two years, i left to seek my next opportunity. throughout my career so far, i’ve recorded and mixed countless songs for artists of all sizes. today i call rahway, new jersey my home, and i’m fulfilled by helping creatives reach their full potential. let’s work.
